Special Educational Needs
At Our Lady's, we work to support pupils with specific learning needs or disabilities. The school Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Coordinator – Mrs Lauren O'Connor (SENDCo); in collaboration with our learning support team, work with our families, teachers and a wide range of agencies, to ensure support is provided for all our pupils to make progress and that the SEND code of practice is upheld. Please get in touch with your child’s teacher if you are concerned in any way about their progress or development. What to do if you think your child has SEND. Where appropriate, we can provide additional classroom support, gain advice from a specialist teacher or consult with an educational psychologist as part of our approach to SEND support.
Local Offer
We are a school in the Warwickshire Local Authority who are responsible for a range of services and support available across education, health and social care for families with children and young people aged 0 to 25, who have special educational needs and/or disabilities. These combined services come together to form Warwickshire’s SEND local offer.
